I just returned from the National Association of Realtors annual conference where I learned the latest on today's market. Did you know that 88% of all homebuyers searched online to find their home? And, studies show only 12% of buyers used a newspaper to search for a house. We have already adjusted our marketing plan to accommodate today's buyer! Although the national media reports the market negatively, the local market here is somewhat steady, maybe a little soft, but nothing like other parts of the country are experiencing. Now is the time to buy! Rates are good, inventory is high and it's a buyer's market!
