Well, I haven't blogged as often as I planned but I'll do better, I promise! We have been very busy! The Spring real estate market in Bloomington is really active with listings being sold fast! Those listings selling are those that are priced right and are clean and in good condition. We've closed $1.6 M thus far in 2007 and have over $1M pending to close in May & June. Our office is busy with rentals as well. IU students just finished the 2006/2007 session with graduation last week. That always generates lots of moves, in and out and around B-Town. After IU graduation, the city used to be quiet, giving way to the locals but that's not the case anymore. According to the Bloomington/Monroe County Convention and Visitors Bureau, July is the busiest month of the year for tourism.
