October--Where did the summer go?

Fall is here but the weather seems like the middle of summer! IU is in session and students are already leasing for 2008/2009! The market has slowed down quite a bit --due to the negative media hipe-- but the interest rates are good and there is more inventory than ever before for buyers to choose from!
