It's been a while and I keep thinking I'm going to blog more often but the market has been steady and the rental season has been busier than ever! Even though the market has softened and inventory has increased, the activity is still good in most price ranges. There are definitely some price points that are seeing no activity and even some decline in value. As the financial advisors tell us, this adjustment is needed and won't last long!

I'm going to put this blog on my weekly to-do tasks so I will get in the habit of blogging very soon. As a mentioned before, this was a goal of mine this year so I am trying to implement it along with other goals set in January. I am thankful this year is showing success already and we're only half way through it!
